About my practice

What you practice
is what you have.

—Zen saying

The heart of my practice, and my passion, is in helping clients resource, reprocess and resolve their trauma so that they can go on to live lives of intention, connection, vitality, hope and meaning.

I am a somatically & psychodynamically-trained, trauma & attachment-informed, existentially & transpersonally-inspired, emotionally-focused, mindfulness-based, all parts inclusive, poly-friendly, pro-choice, queer-allied, antiracist, client-centered, EMDR-certified & dual-licensed psychotherapist curious about anything and everything being evoked within you & between the world and you. I am especially interested in unpacking & exploring what motivates us and why; in how we are shaped & impacted by family, temperament & culture; in exploring the places where our individual & collective conditioning intersect & overlap; and in how the sociopolitical matrix we find ourselves located & positioned in shapes, impacts and functions in us personally, professionally, romantically, familially, socially, collectively & otherwise.
